People, including vegans, are making their own hot dog pizzas inspired by Pizza Hut

Well dice me up and roll me in a crust -- the hot dog pizza has taken America by storm. It's one of the greatest- and grossest-sounding things to ever hit mainstream, but people all over the Internet have been inspired by Pizza Hut's latest release (which we recently tried) and have decided to take the franks into their own hands.

See some of our favorite examples below. And if you've hand-crafted one of these crazy concoctions, tweet us a pic or send one to GuideLive via Facebook. But if you're feeling lazy, Pizza Hut begins offering this monster Thursday, June 18.

This pizza is called the Frankenslice and was created by a quirky dude who works for Fresno, California's minor league baseball team, the Grizzlies. It was actually released in May, before the Pizza Hut one.
