Labor Day Weekend Dino Fest

Sep 1, 2018 - Sep 1, 2018

The science museum celebrates all things dinosaur and debuts its new Paleo Lab. The glass-encased permanent exhibit will give guests real-time views of the dynamic dinosaur research conducted by the museum's paleontologists. The reconstruction of Nanuqsaurus hoglundi (polar tyrannosaur) - discovered by Perot paleontologists – will sit atop the lab.

Dino fest also features fossil digs, live music and a beer garden on the plaza, live bird (modern-day dinosaur) interactions, T. rex sports challenges, face painting, trivia games, paleo demos and more.

For the ultimate photo opp, visitors can cozy up to life-size, 3D dinos on an interactive screen in the lobby.

Most activities are included with museum admission but some may require an additional fee. General admission is $20 for adults (ages 13-64), $13 for youth (ages 2-12) and $14 for seniors (65+). No admission fee for children who are 1 year old and younger.
