Brady sketch artist seeks redemption with new drawing

When last we left Jane Rosenberg, she was publicly apologizing for her courtroom sketch of Tom Brady, mostly in reaction to the Internet piling on about her drawing of the handsome New England Patriots quarterback.

At best, social media said Rosenberg's drawing made Brady look like Lurch from the Addams Family. Memes flooded the Internet.

On Monday, after Brady's appearance in the so-called "deflategate" hearings, she unveiled a new sketch, this time capturing him looking decades younger and less demented. His forehead is a little big and his right arm looks like a baby doll's arm, but hey, it's a courtroom sketch and we're all critics.

Rosenberg told The New York Daily News that drawing Brady isn't easy. "Something subtle goes on with his eyes," she said. "He has a big chin with a cleft in it."

Rosenberg told the Boston Herald that she'd been "concerned about facing another week of all this ridicule.

"[Brady is] in my dreams, it's a nightmare for me," she told The New York Daily News. "I hope this thing gets settled and is over with."
