You're in for an adventure. Check out a 1,000-foot slip 'n slide in Dallas Saturday and Sunday.

You're hungry. Always, right? Head to the Parker County Peach Festival on Saturday. Then indulge in a free Slurpee from 7-Eleven on Saturday and get yourself a free breadstick from Olive Garden on Sunday.

It's too hot to play outside. Take your kiddos to NorthPark Center to peek at the playhouses. They pop up there every year and are a fundraiser for Dallas CASA, a charity that helps abused and neglected kids. Worth a look.

You've got some great moves. Audition to be a Mavs dancer Saturday.
