Each program will begin with two weeks of activities limited to meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehabilitation only.

Following that will be three weeks of on-field workouts conducted at a walk-through pace, with no live contact or team offense vs. team defense drills.

And finally, the last four weeks will include 10 days of organized team practice activity, or “OTAs.” Live contact is still disallowed but 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are fair game. During this period the clubs can also host their veteran minicamp.

In addition, each club may hold a rookie development program lasting up to seven weeks, beginning on May 13. Dates for each club’s post-draft rookie minicamp will come at a later date.
