Get ready to dig deeper into Hollywood secrets as The Arrangement was renewed for a second season on E.

The news comes midway through the first season of the show that could be construed as being based on real-life events, if not real-life people.

To wit: Josh Henderson, of Dallas, the show, and Dallas, the city, stars as action movie superstar Kyle West. He auditions for the co-star of his new movie and, it turns out, the part of his beloved under the direction of a self-help organization to which he belongs.

Christine Evangelista plays the winner (?) of both contracts, Megan Morrison. 

How many people would turn down a $10 million marriage contract with a worldwide superstar?

That's the question that's helping fuel the ratings, which consistently averages more than a million viewers.

Michael Vartan (Alias) also stars in the series as the director of the self-help group. Jonathan Abrahams, formerly of the acclaimed Mad Men, is writer and executive producer. 

Season two will have 10 one-hour episodes.

The latest episode of The Arrangement is scheduled for Sunday, April 16, at 9 p.m. on E. The season finale is scheduled for Sunday, May 7, at 9 p.m.
