Meet the former Texas A&M baseball player and Dallas resident on CBS' 'Big Brother'

CBS announced the latest batch of 12 houseguests for its summer reality series Big Brother on Tuesday.

One of them is former Texas A&M baseball player  Corey Brooks, who lives in the Dallas area and coaches youth teams.

Brooks, 25, was a four-time, first-team all-state selection as a pitcher and shortstop at Dallas Christian School in Mesquite.

Favorite activities: I love to travel. Recently, I went to San Francisco to watch my best friend, Ross Stripling, make his MLB debut for the L.A. Dodgers. I like sightseeing, hiking, getting sick bro pics, playing sports, going out and meeting people, trying out new restaurants, playing PS4, and just being active, in general.

My life's motto is... Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get!

This season's new twists will be announced during the two-night premiere event. We assume there will be more than 12 houseguests.
