Reporter and anchor Courtney Gilmore is leaving Houston station KPRC-TV for Dallas-Fort Worth station KXAS-TV, known as NBCDFW. The Dallas Morning News has a partnership with NBCDFW, and NBC has confirmed the move.
Gilmore mentioned the news on Twitter -- "Yes!" she says, when asked if it was true that she would be moving to Dallas.
She broke some hearts when she broke the news:

According to Gilmore's Facebook page, she was born and raised in the Houston area. Some of the recent news moments she covered were political stories such as Super Tuesday, breaking news like homicides and fires, and traffic stories. (Houston traffic is serious.)
Gilmore joins the Dallas station May 1, according to Chron.com.
