Five ways to experience 'Sharknado 3' tonight

All of us who like a lot of cheese on their movies have these options at 8 tonight when Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! premieres on the Syfy network.

5. Listen to tunes: Ian Ziering, who stars as Fin Shepard, has assembled a shark-themed playlist on rdio, online or via the app. The playlist includes "Swim Good" by Frank Ocean, "Maneater" from Nelly Furtado, "Shark Attack" by Group Love and more.

4. Just watch it on TV: What fun is that? Trick up the experience with a "light track" -- like a laugh track, just lights instead of laughs. Just get the special Phillips bulbs, download the Syfy Sych iOS app and network with your Xbox. The app works by detecting sound that's playing from TV, changing the lights at the appropriate time to match each scene. Does it work? I don't know. It sounds too complicated.

3. Drinking game: The elements are there. People being eaten by sharks. Puns. Product placement. HollywoodLife.com has come up with a drinking game. If you're not into alcohol, you can substitute soft drinks or nuggies.

2. Snark the shark: Tweet along using hashtags #sharknado or #sharknado3. Snark specialist Kevin Murphy (aka Tom Servo of Mystery Science Theater 3000) suggests: "You have to be more generalized and land a joke off a specific line."

1. Play cameo bingo: You can sling a dead shark without hitting some D-list celeb doing a cameo. Syfy figured out a way to play along with its cameo bingo. You download a card, go find yourself a dauber and join in the fun. Remember, it's only a movie; no wagering.
