In the episode's most chilling moment, Stannis explains to Princess Shireen that there is a way she can help his cause. She expresses her desire to help in any way she can, not realizing she'll pay with her life.

"My father would have liked you."

Tyrion, after listening to Hizdahr about the death and cruelty upon which Meereen is based

Daenerys, after climbing on Drogon's back to escape the attack by the Sons of the Harpy in the episode's best scene. When she holds out her hand to the dragon and he screams at her, you're not sure if he's just going to lay waste to the entire arena, her included. But mothers always know best.
