Moon Day, the largest annual space exposition in Texas, celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. Special guest for Moon Day 2019 is astronaut John E. Blaha who spent four months as an engineer aboard the Soviet/Russian Space Station Mir. He'll speak at 1 p.m. In addition, there will be exhibits, activities and programs for all ages.

Moon Day is free with museum admission: $10 Adults | $8 Seniors (65+) | $7 Youths/Students (3-17) | Children under 3 FREE. Free admission for all military families through the Blue Star Museum program.
