Free multicultural arts festival is hosted by Texas Muslim Women's Foundation, Dallas Chinese Community Center, the Spectacular Follies and Repertory Company Theatre. Interactive fun with cultural fashion, calligraphy and henna, art, food, music, performances and more. Admission to the festival is free. Tickets to a special children's theater performance at 3 p.m. are $10.
