Local chefs Gabriela McCormick of Fearing’s and Anastacia Quiñones of the Cedars Social will compete by creating dishes on the fly during Whole Foods Presents the Dallas Observer Iron Fork, but there’s another battle happening at this event: the race to try samples from all 45 participating restaurants. Do you have the stomach for it? This year’s lineup will include Sandwich Hag, Hello Dumpling, One90 Smoke Meats, Meso Maya, Norma’s Cafe, Hash House a Go Go, LUCK at Trinity Groves, El Come Taco, Chennai Cafe, Asian Mint, Terra Mediterranean and Wild Salsa. Admission will also include eight tickets to use for beer, wine and cocktails. Additional drink sampling cards will be available for purchase.

Sample food from more than 45 restaurants at the Dallas Observer Iron Fork, a grand tasting event presented by Whole Foods Market. Guests will enjoy unlimited tastings from local restaurants along with wine, beer and cocktail samplings, and entertainment. Doors open at 7 p.m.
