Lakewood Brewing Company and DFW Drinks Beer will bring in four of the top chefs in Dallas to help raise funds for Carry The Load, a local charity that benefits our veterans. Each chef will represent a different branch of the military and they'll load that team up with veterans from that branch. Our teams will consist of Tim Byres from Smoke Restaurant Dallas (Navy), Todd David from Cattleack Barbeque (Marines), Brian C. Luscher from The Grape Restaurant (Army), and Matt Dallman from 18th & Vine Barbeque (Air Force). Everyone who comes out will get to enjoy a plate of their food along with 3 of LBC beers.
