We're turning up the heat for Summer 17's Uncommon Ramen line up. On the heels of Chef Stephan Pyles of Stephan Pyles Flora Street Cafe, James Beard nominee Chef John Tesar of Knife Dallas will be joining us for round two of ramen.

While menu details are still pending between Chef Angela Hernandez and Chef Tesar, you can expect to find special edition ramen, japadogs, and an exclusive drink pairing on the featured menu for the evening. A portion of the proceeds from these items will go to benefit local charity, Promise of Peace Gardens.

Reservations are not required, they are encouraged. Walk-in guests will be accomodated on a first-come, first-serve basis and food quantities will be limited.

More on the visiting chef:
Chef John Tesar takes a classically trained chef’s approach to steakhouse cuisine at Knife Dallas, a sophisticated destination for in-house dry-aged steaks sourced from nearby Texas farms. A four-time James Beard “Best Southwest Chef” semifinalist, two-time Top Chef contestant, and author of the newly released cookbook Knife: Texas Steakhouse Meals At Home, Tesar was a European-trained seafood chef before setting out to reinvent the Texas steakhouse landscape.
