Join Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse and Herman Marshall Distillery as they partner to present an evening of whiskey and dish pairings for 30 lucky Dallasites. The evening will feature six whiskey cocktails from Herman Marshall Distillery, along with six dish pairings created by Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse’s Chef Tony Street.

Guests are encouraged to come hungry for delectable dish pairings created by Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse’s Chef Tony Street and ready to learn all about whiskey from expert Marshall Lewis, co-founder and president of Herman Marshall Distillery.

Herman Marshall Bourbon or Rye, sweet vermouth, angostura bitters, garnished with luxardo cherry

Old Fashioned
Herman Marshall Bourbon, simple syrup, angostura, Fee Brothers cherry bitters, garnished with orange

The Marshall
Herman Marshall Bourbon or Rye, pineapple juice, Disaronno, lime juice, bitters, topped with a luxardo cherry

Whiskey Sour
HM Bourbon, lemon juice, sugar syrup, cherry

Herman Marshall Rye Whiskey, anise flavored liqueur, white sugar, peychaud bitters, lemon twist

Mint Julep
Herman Marshall Bourbon, white sugar, freshly chopped mint leaves
