On Rotation is teaming up with El Palote Panadería for a special vegan beer dinner, featuring some great vegan food and all vegan beers brewed by On Rotation. The dinner will feature 4 different courses and pairings, including the debut of On Rotation's Mexican-style Lager and Pineapple Tart.

BEER DINNER COURSES

FIRST COURSE
2 El Palote tacos -- 1 soy carne guisada taco and 1 al pastor taco that will make you wonder why people still eat meat
Paired with On Rotation Jalapeño Saison. 8.1% ABV 25 IBUs.
This a dry saison's bark is worse than its bite with a strong jalapeño nose balanced by a tortilla chip breadiness.

SECOND COURSE
2 traditional El Palote Mexican bean and chorizo tamales with a vegan twist
Paired with On Rotation's new Mexican-style Lager. 5.7% ABV 12 IBUs.
This clean, crisp lager features lime zest and tortilla chip aromas.

THIRD COURSE
2 homemade El Palote tofu cheese enchiladas and with ancho pepper sauce
Paired with On Rotation Mexican Barleywine. 11.7% ABV 75 IBUs.
Borrowing from Mexico, we added ancho chiles, tamarind, and piloncillo sugar to this complex barleywine, full of dried fruit sweetness.

FOURTH COURSE
El Palote Manjar, a slice of tofu cream cheese and guava bread
Paired with On Rotation Pineapple Tart. 5% ABV 35 IBUs.
Sour mashed before blending with pineapple, this tart wheat is a punch of sweet pineapple with an acidic finish.
