Now in its 14thyar, the 2017 Richland College Carnival of Steel Festival will feature steel bands, percussion groups, and jazz bands from around the U.S. in a free concert performing all styles of music from Caribbean and Latin to Classical and Rock. World renowned steel drum artist Jeff Narell will appear in a performance demo clinic and evening concert. Also appearing will be steel drum artist, festival tuner, and Massed Band leader Shelly Irvine. Guest groups and student performers will also be featured.

FESTIVAL SCHEDULE:
Day-time Concert (free) - 11 AM-5:30 PM
COS Luncheon - 12 PM
Guest Artist Performance Demo Clinic, $5 -5:30 PM
Guest Artist Evening Concert, $10 - 8 PM
