Slither down to Texas Discovery Gardens and see native Texas snakes and other reptiles. There will be crafts, educational booths, live native snakes, turtles and more. See our Snakes of Texas Exhibit in our Natural Learning Center. We also have a live bee exhibit, insect displays and more. Free with paid Butterfly House admission, which is $8 per adults, $6 per seniors 60 and older, $4 for children 3-11 and free for children under 3.

10 a.m. to 3 p.m. – Arts and crafts, educational booths, snake displays, and much more. Stay cool in the summer heat: Everything is indoors.

10 a.m. to 3 p.m. -- Live encounters with native Texas snakes

Noon -- Daily Butterfly Release Talk
