See hundreds of quilts, from country to contemporary, at the Quilter’s Guild of Dallas’ annual convention of creativity. Crafters can stock up on layer cakes, jellyrolls and types of fabric bundles with less delicious-sounding names, plus notions, kits and other supplies from more than 100 vendors. In addition, there will be lectures and demos on March 9 and 10, a miniature quilt auction benefiting Helping Seniors Keep Pets on March 10 at 1 p.m., and quilt tours on March 9 and 10 at 10:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Make an appointment to get your family heirloom quilts appraised for $45.

The Quilter's Guild of Dallas' annual show will include more than 100 vendors and hundreds of quilts. There will be lectures and demos on Friday and Saturday, a mini quilt auction Saturday at 1 p.m. benefiting Helping Seniors Keep Pets, and quilt tours on Friday and Saturday at 10:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Admission is $10 cash only at the door.

Appraisals will be done by appointment only for $45.
