Top Knot introduces “Uncommon Ramen,” as a three-night-only winter series during which Top Knot chef de cuisine Angela Hernandez (pictured) will collaborate with guest chefs on creative ramen styles. Kicking off the collaboration will be Executive Chef of Hai Hospitality Tyson Cole, with Aaron Franklin of Franklin Barbecue (February) and Jesse Houston of Saltine (March) rounding out the series.

Monday, April 24 -- Chef Misti Norris on April 24. $15 ramen. A portion of the proceeds benefits No Kid Hungry. Beer from Community Beer will be offered for pairing.
