Of the thousands of things humans have determined edible, or somewhat edible, cheese might be my favorite. But, so far my idea of "cheesemaking" involves driving to a store and trying to figure out if I want the one with the red peel-away part or the one with moldy-looking spots (not that one; never that one). If you're like me, this class is an incredible opportunity to learn more about one of life's finest delicacies. Oh, by the way, there's a tasting with paired wines, too? Count me in.
