In honor of the annual carbo load many Texans (and visitors) enjoy at the State Fair of Texas, we asked Texas transplants to guess some of the new foods at the State Fair of Texas based on photos. They already knew that the State Fair of Texas has sold oddities like fried butter and fried bubblegum. So we asked "What is this?" ... and then laughed.
