Three new Chick-fil-A locations will open in D-FW within a week

Dallas-Fort Worth isn't exactly a chicken sandwich desert, but there are still places in the area where you might be further away from waffle fries than you would like to be.

Chick-fil-A might offer a solution. Following the March opening of new locations in Hudson Oaks (in Parker County) and Plano, the fast food chain is opening three more restaurants in the month of April.

On April 12, Red Oak will get its first stand-alone Chick-fil-A at 200 Sharaf Ave. That same day, Midlothian will get its first Chick-fil-A at 2010 FM 663. Rounding out the openings on April 19 is Saginaw, with a shop at 4500 W. Bailey Boswell Road.

Looking forward to next month, the company plans to open a Wylie location on May 9, for which they are now hiring.

All of these locations are also hosting a "First 100" campout 24 hours before their openings, where 100 of the first people lined up can receive a free year supply of Chick-fil-A (amounting to 52 meals of a sandwich, medium fries and a medium drink). Since more than 100 people tend to show up even before the scheduled time, winners are selected via a drawing.

If you want a shot at the grand opening prize in Saginaw, you'll need a valid ID proving you live in a valid local zip code. Show up between 5:30 and 6 a.m. on April 18 and camp out there until 5:45 a.m. the next day.
