Expect bigger money and better drama when 'Real Housewives of Dallas' returns to Bravo on Monday, Aug. 14

When The Real Housewives of Dallas returns for its second season on Monday, Aug. 14, it will almost feel like a brand-new show.

There are two new cast members: D'Andra Simmons and Kameron Westcott.

And there are new taglines for everyone.

We know, we know. Most of the first season's cast will return: Cary Deuber, Stephanie Hollman, LeeAnne Locken and Brandi Redmond. But, as is the case with most groups, the addition of the wealthy socialites will change the dynamic, especially since Simmons comes as a built-in BFF to Locken.

There was a flurry of speculation that a second season would not happen. But it seems the sun still shines brightly for these shady ladies.

Tiffany Hendra, always a friend indeed to spitfire Locken, let on last year that she would be seen sporadically during this new season. The official trailer has plenty of name-calling, a few NSFW moments and "flesh-eating bacteria."

D'Andra Simmons

A true scion of Dallas money, D'Andra Simmons is intent on making her name as well-known as her family's name that's on buildings all over town. She calls Highland Park "basically the Beverly Hills of Dallas." She has a skincare line called Hard Night Good Morning, which one can only hope is a harbinger of things to come.

What she thinks of herself: She answers to Jesus only — and her mother — and that's probably a good thing as she's friends with horn-lockers Locken and Deuber. "In Dallas, the Simmons name is a very important name," she says in one snippet.

Family: She's married to her "partner in adventure-crime" Jeremy Lock, who is retired from the military and a photojournalist.

Tagline: "I started from a Dallas dynasty, but I'll finish with my own empire."

Kameron Westcott

She grew up in California. She thinks of blond and pink as superpowers. The 6-footer calls her husband "Hobbit."

What they think of her: "Kameron's like a real-life Elle Woods, from Legally Blonde," says her friend Deuber.

Family: She has two children, Cruise, 3, and Hilton, 6, and husband Court Westcott, whom she met when she was 22.

Tagline: "Dumb blondes get noticed. Smart blondes get everything."

Cary Deuber

Character: Flash and sass, but not without reason

Background: She walked off the reunion special. Often caught alone in the crossfire last season, it seems she imported some allies to lend some tooth to her nail. She told Access Hollywood that she's known the newcomers for almost a decade.

Family: Plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Deuber and her daughter, Zuri, who are both featured on the show last season. She also has two stepdaughters, who were not.

Season 2 Tagline: "Every girl has skeletons in their closet; mine are next to my Birkins."

Stephanie Hollman

Character: Walking positivity

Background: She's small-town Oklahoma by birth, home on the Four Seasons golf course by the grace of marriage. Last season, she and Brandi Redmond were a dynamic duo, laughing at poop jokes. Now, it seems their relationship may have gone to the dogs.

Family: She has sons Cruz and Chance, and husband Travis Hollman.

Season 2 tagline:  "I married into money, but family is my fortune."

LeeAnne Locken

Character: That's all, folks. She's a "character."

Background: She doesn't let anyone forget that she grew up around the carnival, which "really kind of prepared me for life in Dallas society." As in, it makes her tougher than anyone else on the show and tenacious about charity.

Family: She's got her boyfriend, retired Dallas Police Detective Rich Emberlin, who is no stranger to reality TV (Live PD, Dallas SWAT, The First 48).

Season 2 tagline: "I'm a true Texan: no bull but all horns."

Brandi Redmond

Character: She's a stressed-out wife, and a steadfast friend.

Background: No one, not even herself, lets anyone forget that she was once a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader. Look at her eyes, though; there's definitely more to her than rah-rah-sis-boom-bah. (More to the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders than that, too, but that's another story for another time.)

Family: She has daughters Brinkley and Brooklyn and husband Bryan Redmond, who was away for business a lot during the first season.

Season 2 tagline: "I cheered for the Cowboys, so I never get played."
