Abs galore: 'Bachelorette' Rachel Lindsey strips down her men to mud wrestle, dance on 'Ellen'

Dallasite Rachel Lindsey is officially dominating this season of The Bachelorette. On Monday night, she started the episode at peak boss b---- and never came down from her throne.

Refresher: Last week, the show left viewers on the edge of their seats after one of Lindsey's suitors, DeMario, was kicked off — his ex/possibly current girlfriend stopped by on one of the dates — and returned to the mansion to apologize. Lindsey made every woman watching prime time proud when she gave him a hard "boy bye" and sent him back sulking to wherever he came from.

After the rose ceremony, during which the bachelorette again made fans proud by showing that insanely annoying "Wahboom" dude the door, Lindsey proceeded to undress nearly every contestant. Throughout the course of two group dates, no less than 13 men took of their shirts.

As you might have gathered, one of Lindsey's group dates involved grown men mud wrestling each other for her affection. The other mandated they strip down and dance for $1 bills on The Ellen Degeneres Show. Contestant Will called it when he said Ellen would have them do something "moderately to massively embarrassing."

Few women, including grandmas in the audience, were complaining, however. I mean, just look at the abs.

As for the drama, there was plenty. A cat fight broke out between "Wahboom" and aspiring drummer Blake after they were both eliminated for using their precious time with Lindsey to talk about one another. Personal trainer Eric became a target after some of his housemates mentioned he might be a loose cannon. In fact, he almost exploded during the cocktail party pre-rose ceremony.

We won't find out who goes home until next week since The Bachelorette has become fond of the "to be continued" structure. Honestly, ladies were the real winners in Monday night's episode. Let's take one more moment to bask in that chiseled glory.
