John Tesar will help 'Top Chef' scout cheftestants on Feb. 4 in Dallas

Top Chef is searching high and low for contestants for its newly announced 15th season.

There will be chef meet-and-greet events all over the country, including Dallas on Feb. 4.

John Tesar, who competed on season 10 and is still around on Season 14, will meet potential candidates at Knife, 5680 N. Central Expressway, Dallas. The event will go from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The 14th season is still afoot, with a new episode on Thursday, Jan. 26, at 9 p.m. Michael Voltaggio, who won Season Six, will conduct a blind taste test with the seven cheftestants left in the Emmy- and James Beard Award-winning reality series.
