LeeAnne Locken is coy about 'Real Housewives of Dallas' Season 2 but opens up about plenty

If you think LeeAnne Locken is only on when the cameras are, you are mistaken.

The star of Real Housewives of Dallas stopped by the studio this week, and an epic gab session ensued. Long enough, in fact, that there's enough for a few stories to be written and a few videos to be seen.

In the first of a series,  an animated Locken insists she's waiting on an official announcement from Bravo about season 2 of the show.

And she also talked about something that's on a lot of people's minds during this election season: assault, something of which she's a survivor.

Locken says hearing Ronan Farrow speak at a recent event made her realize even more that "the more we share our story ... the more it allows the victims to have confidence and courage to speak out to end the violence."

She said Farrow, the son of Mia Farrow and Woody Allen, talked about his sister's alleged abuse and how it hurt more because it was swept under the rug.

And she has an answer to "boys will be boys."

"Men should be men," she said. "... It's boys who do the damage. And they need to grow up."

Never one to belabor a point, the carnie also talked about the State Fair, which of course she loves. Contrary to popular (read: GuideLive) opinion, she likes her friend Mark Cuban's edible cup. Apparently, they go way back. Mr. Cuban, if you're reading, she'd like a case.

And she talked about some upcoming projects, which include an autobiography and more charity events. (If you watch the show, you know that's her life.)

So, press play and we'll send up a flare when there's more.
