Another limited-edition bag featuring Selena will go on sale this week

Selena bags will again be available in H-E-B stores next week.

It's the second limited-edition reusable bag from the grocer that features the Queen of Cumbia. The first limited-edition bag was in high demand with the website crashing when the bags went on sale and lines forming at the stores that stocked them. The bags sold out in minutes.

The retailer worked with Suzanne Quintanilla, Selena's sister, to create the first edition of the reusable bags.

The popularity of the first bag called for another edition that will go on sale for $2 on Dec. 6 online at a new website selena.heb.com. It will be on sale in designated areas in stores "at 6 a.m. or when your store opens (whichever is later)," according to a post on the H-E-B Facebook page. The bags will not be available through HEB.com or at Central Market.

There will be a limit of two bags per person. The new bag features a picture of Selena, along with the singer's signature.

Texas residents ages 18 and older with a Facebook account can enter to win a bag with five winners taking home a $500 H-E-B gift card and a bag via the chain's Facebook page.

The #SelenayHEB bags can be purchased at all H-E-B stores in Texas, including H-E-B plus!, Mi Tienda and Joe V's Smart Shop stores. Just FYI for planning purposes: The closest stores to downtown Dallas are in Waxahachie, Ennis and Burleson.
