WizardFest returns to Dallas this month.

The Harry Potter-themed event will be at 7 p.m. Oct. 12 at Trees Dallas, 2709 Elm St. Doors open at 6.

Fans can Wingardium Leviosa the night away at this touring national pop-up party that roams through Nov. 9. There will be HP trivia, themed drink specials, cosplay, and of course, a DJ and dancing. Attendees can also enter a costume contest and a "Quidditch Pong Tournament."

Dallas will be the 20th stop on the 40-stop national tour that started in Madison, Wisc., in September and ends Nov. 9 in Columbus, Ohio. Other cities include Nashville, Birmingham, New Orleans and Washington, D.C.

Tickets are $16 to $51. A word: Last year's event sold out.
