Miley Cyrus promised multiple costume changes for her hosting gig at Sunday night's MTV Video Music Awards, and she did not disappoint.
Among her looks were suspender-like straps that covered only her nipples, a shaggy metallic coat that opened to reveal a silver leotard, and a life-size rainbow flag.
