In case the name didn’t give it away, this establishment’s main theme is country-Western, and at any given moment you may witness some line dancing on the dance floor. Round-Up is one of Dallas’ most famous gay bars, and it has been a staple of the scene for more than three decades. There is plenty to do here for everyone, gay or straight, to have a fantastic time: A variety of themed bars with waiters who seem to have stepped out of a hunky-cowboy flick, an ample rooftop patio and what’s possibly the best karaoke in Dallas.
