This Smokey and the Bandit-themed bar on Ross Avenue is one of the newer additions to Dallas' scene, but it's become a cozy spot for regulars and dog owners because of its large beer garden and off-leash dog area. On weekends, bartenders serve up mimosas by the pint for $2 each. That's right, 16 ounces of bubbles and juice -- or just bubbles with a splash of juice if you ask nicely.
