Meza – Lebanese small plates – are the thing to order at Marc Mansour and Chaouki “C.K.” Khoury’s engaging place in Deep Ellum, where hot, house-baked pita and za’atar dip land on every table. Order in waves, lest all the other small plates arrive at once. Don’t miss the grape leaves filled with savory rice, fatayer (spinach pastries), beer-battered fried smelts and kibbet karaz (meat shells filled with sour cherry, walnut and scallions).
