Whiskey is the theme at this big, open, amiable bricked place in a shopping center off the tollway. The cocktails are swell, the whiskey list enticing, and the food, from outsized pulled-pork sliders to spit-roasted chicken to whiskey-soaked desserts, is surprisingly good.
