Since Peja Krstic took over as executive chef in early 2015, Colleen O’Hare and Jeana Johnson’s chic little modern Vietnamese spot has evolved into one of Dallas’ most exciting gastronomic destinations. Blue crab salad, banana flower salad, banh xeo tom (sizzling shrimp cake) and garlic noodles are standouts, as are seafood main courses. Reservations are now accepted.
