Photos: Autumn at the Arboretum begins with a seasonal pumpkin party

On Saturday, patrons at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden were treated to the opening of the venue's season Autumn at the Arboretum display. As families explored the Pumpkin Village, it was clear that fall was in the air (almost).

The Autumn at the Arboretum traditions runs through November 23 and is sponsored by Alliance Data and Texas Instruments. There are over 90,000 pumpkins, gourds, squash and more throughout the area, with plenty of blooming plants on display as well.

Events will include the Tour des Fleurs, Roald Dahl weekends, Shakespeare Dallas performances, Garden Melodies and more. For a full list of events and details, visit http://www.dallasarboretum.org/visit/seasonal-festivals-events/autumn-at-the-arboretum.
