Every year, the D-FW Free Day of Yoga invites participants from all over to come and experience the tranquility and healthiness of yoga. This year's kickoff at the Latino Cultural Center in Dallas allowed just that, a day of calm, quiet and collective yoga.
Sponsored by Athleta, the day included healing sessions at the Healing Village, local vendors, live music from the Bhakti House Band, additional tunes from DJ Taz Rashid and food trucks for everyone. Oh, and there were mini yoga and meditation classes throughout the day as well.
