Police said the three men knew each other, and were “engaged in possible high-risk activity” when a “disturbance between the three occurred” and escalated into a shooting. An Arlington police spokesman previously told The Dallas Morning News police use the term “high-risk activity” when there’s a “strong indication” that an action is dangerous or may lead to death.

Fulce and Oviedo remained in custody Wednesday, with bail set at $1 million each.
