Kacey Musgraves tacks two Dallas concerts onto her summer schedule

The Texas-born sensation revealed the new tour dates in a surprise announcement Friday morning.

Yesterday morning on NBC's "Today" show, Kacey Musgraves wowed the audience with a surprise announcement: She's adding five extra tour dates onto her current itinerary, including two in Dallas. Previously, Musgraves' schedule for the coming months had her performing mostly outside Texas, except for a stop in Austin where she's set to play ACL. Now, you can catch her right here in town at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory on Oct. 10 and 11 as part of her Oh, What a World: Tour II.

Tickets go on sale next Friday, July 26.

Musgraves' accompanied her announcement on the "Today" show with renditions of "Slow Burn," "Lonely Weekend," "Happy and Sad" and "Oh, What a World" — all tunes from her Grammy-winning 2018 album Golden Hour.
