The ATX trailer is coming to D-FW

Flush out your soul with yoga and live music when the ATX Airstream rolls into Dallas at Kylde Warren Park on July 8.

Praise the universe for creating this trailer. It brings us the wonders of Austin without the grueling three and a half hour trip full of Buc-ee's stops, spilled coffee and tears over how our car's 10 year-old air conditioner just isn't good enough to beat back the heat.

Sadly though, the truck will (obviously) be outside, so bring lots of water, guys, or expect to begging everyone for a glass.

As a part of its 2016 Summer Tour, the ATX Airstream will be visiting three different locations in D-FW on July 7, 8 and 10. The trailer will be dishing out free ATX souvenirs, Cuvee Coffee and a chance to win a trip to Austin.

Make sure to take lots of selfies in front of the truck and in the photo booth they set up, so you can be just as good as your friends who drive to Austin regularly just so they can take basic selfies in Graffiti Park.

DJ Andrew Thaggard starts playing at 6:30, and the Peterson Brothers perform at 7:30. (You probably haven't heard of them because, you know, indie artists from Austin are even more unknown.)

After all that, your night-in-Austin-that's-actually-in-Dallas ends with a showing of School of Rock brought to you by yet another gem of Austin, Alamo Drafthouse.
