Ozzy Osbourne and son visit the Alamo, but no apologies were made this time

Updated: 9:30 p.m. Thursday: Ozzy Osbourne didn't forget the Alamo. He paid it a visit Thursday.

Osbourne was in San Antonio to tape a History Channel show amid rumors that the former heavy-metal rocker would apologize again for urinating on the Alamo Cenotaph in 1982.

According to The Houston Chronicle, Osbourne and his son, Jack, returned to the Alamo as part of  a film project. In 1992, Ozzy Osbourne apologized. Thursday, as the Osbournes and filming crew arrived at the Alamo, there was no mention of a second apology.

On Feb. 19, 1982, Osbourne was arrested for public intoxication and banned from the Alamo for life after relieving himself on the Cenotaph, which was constructed in 1939, and is a 60-foot structure across the street from the Alamo.

To make amends, Osbourne presented a $10,000 check to the Daughters of the Republic of Texas in 1992.
