You can now download Denton singer's viral version of 'Shake It Off'

Denton singer Joel Cross made a quick rise to Internet fame after

his soulful cover of Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off" went viral in early October.

In the video, which was recorded at the Dallas Arboretum and garnered more than half a million views in two days, Cross tells listeners he's going to "attempt" a T-Swift cover and if it sucks to let him know -- he'd never play it again. But that was hardly the case after the song sent positive reactions reverberating across the globe. The Huffington Post UK called "too beautiful for words."

At the time, the UNT music school alum told GuideLive he was considering recording a studio version of it and today he debuted the track, just in time for the pop diva's mega concert at AT&T Stadium Saturday.
