Beyonce shows some love for Dallas rap scene at Made In America festival

Made in America festival invaded Philadelphia over Labor Day weekend. And since the event was a partnership between Budweiser and Jay-Z, the obvious choice for a headliner on the first night was none other than Queen Bey.

True to her style, Beyonce relished in a seemingly endless amount sexy bells, whistles and dance moves, and more than a handful of costume changes. Reviewers made note of the sample interludes from strong feminist speeches from the likes Rhonda Rousey and Maya Angelou, but there was another moment that paid homage to the Dallas rap scene.

In the clip below, you'll see Bey and her bodacious back up dancers working their assets to a song called "Circle." Little known fact: It's a new-ish release by Dallas rapper Lil' Ronny MothaF, featuring two other Dallas emcees, MykFresh and Yung Nation.

So how exactly did this collaboration come to be? The jury's still out.

Edward Hall, Urban South Entertainment rep. and manager for Lil' Ronny and MykFresh (who are both on FamLife Entertainment label), says no one has heard from Beyonce's camp about using the song. In fact, he's not even sure how she heard it.

"That's the million dollar question," says Hall. "We are anxious to know ourselves."

Since the performance, which was live streamed on Tidal, Hall has been trying to contact Beyonce about more (perhaps legit) opportunities to collaborate.

In the meantime, you can watch the newly released video for "Circle" below. The song was released in March 2015 on iTunes. (Note: NSFW content.)
