These well-known Mexican telenovela actors are coming to the big screen, here’s 9 things to know

The Mexican veteran actors are new faces in Hollywood, making an entrance with their latest movie that’s coming to theaters on Aug. 31 called Ya Veremos, We'll See.

Mauricio Ochmann and Fernanda Castillo are well-recognized actors in telenovelas and Mexican cinema who have been in the industry since they were teenagers.

But for most of an American audience, the veteran actors are new faces in Hollywood, making an entrance with their latest movie that's coming to theaters, Ya Veremos, which hits theaters on Aug. 31.

The movie is a family comedy and drama. It follows the journey of a boy named Santi who is dealing with his parents' divorce as he develops a serious medical condition of juvenile glaucoma. Santi creates a bucket list of things he wants to do with his parents -- and much like the movie The Parent Trap, it's in hopes they'll fall in love again.

What she wants American fans to know about her.

“I would like to be acting when I have no teeth and gray hair,” she said. Also, she’s known she’s wanted to be an actress since she was four and had dreams of being in musicals.

She’s passionate about stories about Latinos.

“I would love to work in the U.S., but I really think that there are a lot of stories that need to talked about in Spanish,” she said about her career.
