Fort Worth Museum of Science and History to honor first responders with free screening

First responders will be honored with a complimentary screening of D-Day: Normandy 1944 (2014, 40 mins.) on the anniversary of 9/11.

Attendees can also view the 9/11 Tribute Exhibit, which features the largest World Trade Center artifact in Texas, a beam from the North Tower that was installed in 2011 in the Urban Lantern. Newsman, historian and champion of World War II veterans Tom Brokaw narrates the documentary, which explores all facets of the invasion from military strategy to technology to the human toll.

The film, itself a tribute to bravery and sacrifice, will pay tribute to the brave souls still to watch.
