Reel Genius: The pure action movie bliss of Mad Max: Fury Road

This week on Reel Genius we dive into the action movie bliss of Mad Max: Fury Road. As you may have heard, it's pretty good. We loved the relentless pacing, the old-school stunt work, the cars, the outlandish details, even the story. Robert sees it as George Miller's apologia for Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome, a movie I had conveniently banished from my memory. (Seriously, for a moment I thought this was the third Mad Max movie, not the fourth). It's a wildly adrenalized, imaginative and euphoric piece of filmmaking. You can also rad my review here.
