Mic drop: Arlington dancer Todrick Hall debuts flawless Beyoncé mash-up video

If the following video doesn't get you up out of your chair -- even if you're stuck in a cubicle -- you'd better check your pulse. Dancer and actor Todrick Hall mashed up all five of Beyoncé's albums in a wildly entertaining four-minute YouTube video.

The medley includes more than 70 songs from the queen of pop. Each of the four videos were captured in a single take, according to Hall's YouTube page.

Hall hails from Arlington, though he lives in Los Angeles now. You might remember "Toddy Rockstar" as the guy who made a video called "I Wanna Be on Glee" -- his way to audition for the a cappella show without a true audition. (They didn't hire him -- a mistake if you ask many.)

He's gone on to make lots of other viral videos, but this is video is certainly a new favorite.

Just think about how much time and effort went into writing the song, then choreographing moves for each of the four parts, then nailing every move in each of the videos. Amazing stuff.
