Texas family's Christmas lights bop to 'Baby Shark'

I could sing the "Baby Shark" song to you in my sleep. That's not a brag. In my house, with a toddler, we sing "Baby Shark" many times a day. And for the little one doing most of the singing, it's never any less fun for her, even on the hundredth time. Do-doo-do-do-do-do.

So, parents, if you love to hate "Baby Shark," here's a reason to love it just a bit more: One Texas family has set its Christmas decorations to the ubiquitous "Baby Shark" song. It's 90 seconds of adorable.

The "Baby Shark" house is a five-hour roadtrip southwest of Dallas, but this Facebook video will make you feel like you're there in the Texas Hill Country.

Consider the Hinojosa family the Griswolds of Boerne, Texas.

"Last year, we had 60,000 lights, this year it's 100,000 [lights]," Beto Hinojosa told KENS5, a television station. Hinojosa is an elementary school principal, and he and his family members make most of the decorations themselves. They've been at it for four years. The family's Christmas lights display even has its own Facebook page.

Last year, the Hinojosas set the lights to "Bidi Bidi Bom Bom" in tribute to Selena Quintanilla-Pérez.

At the Hinojosa's display this year, the songs will be synced to "Baby Shark" as well as songs by Selena, the Disney movie Coco, and Christmas songs.

They aren't the only family keying into "Baby Shark." One family in England also has a "Baby Shark" home this Christmas.
