The Ghost Scribes -- a collaborative of paranormal-fiction writers based in Dallas -- is hosting a spooky Halloween happy hour from 6 to 9 p.m. The group promises "drinks, small plates of food and lively conversation" but also "murder, the devil and little green fairies." Celebrate Halloween and Dia de los Muertos at this Mexican chain with six area locations with a special on Blue Moon Pumpkin 'Ritas from Oct. 31 through Nov. 2. The drink, which contains Lunazul Blanco tequila, pumpkin puree, Blue Moon beer and fresh lime juice, will be available for $6, half of its regular price. Come dressed in your flashiest trick-or-treating costume as this golf and entertainment attraction hosts its annual Zombies Ball party on Oct. 30 and 31, with a DJ, costume contest and prizes.
